Latest Version for Android TV is showing hidden files

Hello. I did a search to see if this was mentioned somewhere but didn't see. I have VLC 3.5.3 for Android TV. I'm not sure when it upgraded from the last version, but when it did, now i see all the hidden files. I looked at all the settings and nothing i change makes that go away. I'm not sure if i'm the only one or if others are, and if it's a bug in the latest version, etc.

I already deleted and reinstalled the app on my Sony tv.

On a phone, in the Browse section, when browsing a directory, Show hidden files is an option in the pulldown menu (three-dots legend at upper right). It can be clicked by accident. I do not know if it's accessible on the TV version.

Thanks Spike, Sadly, on the app, it doesn't have something as obvious that I could see.

There is no hide / show setting for hidden files on TV yet, sorry.

Thanks Skantes. At least I know it's not something that I did or that can be fixed but I just didn't know how. Hopefully the dev team will fix for the next release. Does VLC have a place on their site where they announce future release dates?
