Is Zoom / pan missing for Android?

I am trying to help an elderly couple out with some video viewing, but, they need the ability to zoom & pan.

This can be done on the desktop version of VLC, but, I can't find a way to do this on the Android version?

Is there a way to enable this on the android version?

This isn't possible for the moment, sorry, it will only be possible when the app moves on to VLC 4. There is an issue for this if you want to keep updated -> https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc- ... issues/193
