How to limit the number of videos in History list?

When I open VLC on Android it shows in History all my previous videos I watched.

How can I limit this list to the most 3 recent videos?

There is no setting for that. You can clear the whole history though.

How do I manually clear the whole history?

I found no option for that

Settings > Advanced > Clear playback history
