VLC on the new Google TV/Android TV (chromecast)

I'm trying to change the default .10 secs that one can jump forward or backward.
As far as I can see on Android TV this isn't possible. (not like on other devices)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. (running the VLC app for Android TV now Google TV)

This is indeed not possible on the Android app. Maybe we will add a setting in the future, but for now it's not planned.
To better understand your need, to what value would you change it?

Thanks for the reply. I might change it to one minute instead of .10 secs. But if you hold the button down on the Chromecast/Google TV remote you can Fast Forward or Fast Reverse, so that is the next best thing.

You can also directly use the left and right keys on your video to skip (and hold down as well)!
