Can I make a backup from the vlc-app?

If not, how can i make a backup with all music from vlc?
My moto g6 (android 9)
Only take backup of the system. (I think, i am new on a smartphone Because Windows update krasched my computer)

VLC won't backup your media file. You just have to copy them from device to device.

You can use a computer or any file sharing service. TBH it's a bit out of scope of this forum.
