Chromecast subtitle support

Year is 2020 but there isnt chromecast subtitle support! Why? Is it impossible or very Hard? Why? There is it support most app like webvideo caster, bubble upnp... and many moor app! But We want to use vlc. Please support

If this guy is referring to not getting subtitles to show up while streaming to his chromecast from vlc then I have the same issue

Official Chromecast implementations are closed source and cannot be integrated as it in VLC. The Chromecast support has been written from scratch and for now, there is no subtitle support. It should be added in VLC 4.0 though.
