Android suggestions

I didn't see anywhere where to submit a feature suggestion.... so here mine is.
I have the android app on my Samsung S8+ and would like to see a sort option for last partially played videos at the top of the list (so I don't have to constantly scroll all the way down to the video I want to resume).
When looking at my list of videos in a folder in the Directories, I would like to also see the play mark bar like it shows for the videos in the Video view.

BUG: on multiple phones and versions, I've never had VLC correctly remember my place for a previously viewed video or audio file, 100% of the time. Also the widget never works when i come back to wanting to play a file and just hit the play button.
