Bug audio problem while it is downloading file Video in Local Network

Since version 2.5.0 apk I have been able to find a bug when playing videos while the video (.avi, mkv) is downloading. This problem occurs if the video, which is downloading, is being run from any other address on the local network.
The audio is not stable from version 2.5.0 nor in version 3.0.9
I tried to install version 2.0.6 and this problem does not occur

I made a video to better point out the problem. The part of the movie you see is a movie I was downloading while I was recording this demonstration video:

1) First execution of the film, the version is 2.5.0 apk (Audio not work)
2) Second execution of the film, the version is 2.0.6 apk (Audio works perfectly)
3) Third execution of the film, the version is last 3.0.9 apk (Audio stops during the viewing, audio sobs). I tested also with version 3.0.13 but the problem is not resolve

This only happens while you are downloading a video file. If the video file is complete there are no audio problems with any version. I have also encountered this problem on my Sony Android TV with the same versions of VLC that I show on my smartphone
