VLC android connect to local network (desktop computer with WIN10)

Hej, I am trying to connect my android device via local network to my desktop PC. My desktop computer is listed in local network but when I click on it, it stays on 'loading...' forever. What am I doing wrong?

- Desktop with windows 10 (local account / with password)
- Network discovery/ file & print sharing are turned ON in win 10
- Setup homegroup on DESKTOP / shared Videos/Music/Printers/devices
- Unchecked 'Media programs on this PC and remote connections'
- My notebook with windows10 is also connected with the homegroup, no problems there.
- In my android VLC local network I CAN connect with my notebook without problems..
- With SOLID explorer I am able to connect with my desktop via SMB2/LAN
