play all songs

I am using 2.5.13 on a device running android 7.
I have gone to Settings and set up the media folders that contain my songs.

Currently if I choose Audio from the main menu (3 bars on top left), choose the Songs tab and then tap the 3 dots to the right of any song I see an option to play all songs. Is there a way to make this "permanent". i.e. any time I open VLC media player, go to Audio, Songs tab and click on a song to play it will automatically play all the songs sequentially?

If this can be accomplished only using playlists, can all songs be added to a single playlist in an easy manner?

I guess all I had to was tap the icon with the play sign surrounded by a circular arrow for continuous play?
