Hello,
I listened internet radio stream with VLC for Android on a tablet. I left the VLC playing as a background process (clicked on the Home icon to bring up usual Android desktop). The screen went to stand-by after some minutes as usual. Then after about 30 minutes, the music stopped. I turned the screen on and saw that VLC play control buttons were missing from the log-in window and the small icon of VLC was missing from the top taskbar.
This has also happened before when listening audio files.
Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

This should be fixed with 2.5.11. Please try.
