Only video no sound

A file is playing only video but no sound.Vlc desktop is playing it perfectly I am using samsung j7

Have you checked the sound settings on your phone? Like the volume for playing videos?

Yes i checked the settings only vlc desktop i able to play with sound.Mx player is also failing
