Nobody knows how to do this? If it can't be done now, are developers working on implementing this feature in the near future?

Stream output is currently disabled on Android by default.

Do you plan on adding stream output?

I think it would be a monumental addition to the program.

Typically Android devices tend to be too weak to be able to encode/transcode on the fly, but it might be possible with some work (and really powerful hardware).
