Volume Issue

Hello,

I have an Android 4.4.2

Now, I was using vlc and I was trying to skip the opening of a video. The information on how to adjust volume and brightness was still up.

Now, I have no sound. The website sends you on a wild goose chase on how to delete preferences.

No matter where you search, the so-called instructions don't exist.

I have tried everything and I can't get the volume back.

Anyone that can help?
