Firstly, this is great.
But if playlist composed of URL lists be supported, will be better.

Can it be possible?

It's not exposed in the GUI, but it is supported.

How can I load a local file "IPTV.m3u" in VLC TV (Android)?

It isnt visible in "videos" even when I include the folder in the settings.

Try a file manager or the directories view.

I use the "VLC-Android-TV-1.1.6-ARMv7.apk" because the "VLC-Android-1.1.6-ARMv7.apk" cannot be managed by the remote-control of the AFTV.
There is no "file manager" or "directories view" right?

Yes, there is not.

But 1.1.6 should be managed by the AFTV. What is the issue?
