VLC for Android snapshot and record from rtsp stream

Hello everyone!
I git clone the latest vlc source code and compiled it ok .
But I want to take a snapshot and record from a rtsp stream use VLC for Android.
And I have apply a record patch (download from https://patches.videolan.org/patch/606/)
and follow the next forum

When I run it,the logcat shows that ERROR
core video output: Encoding support not compiled-in!
core video output: Failed to convert image for snapshot
please help me to resolve this issue.

Well, it means exactly what it says on the lid. VLC can't save the recording if it doesn't know how to encode the raw video bits.
