Full Acceleration -> 30 seconds to start a video

Hello !

I'm using VLC 0.9.6 on a Kindle Fire HD 7" running CyanogenMod 10.2.
I set the acceleration on "Full". It takes 30 seconds to start a video (I tried XviD and H264 videos).
