VLC and Chromecast

Hey everyone, not sure if anyone else is posting this, or if this should be in feature request, but here is the idea
With the Chromecast SDK being released, there is lots of people wanting to see VLC with chromecast support. The players now are noting compared to VLC, and I would love to see this

I am curious if VLC will ever have Chromecast support since Google finally released the SDK for Chromecast. VLC and Chromecast together would be the ultimate media streaming experience.

Just a plus 1 from me. Chromecast compatibility would be ace.

Wish i could contribute to developing it but have zero programming skills. Kudo's to anyone willing to invest some of their time.
