cant go fullscreen on cnm7 android tablet

hi i love this program on my tablet but when i load a video it wont go fullscreen, on my cnm7 touchpad ice cream sandwich tablet there is a bottom bar that is always showing, theres 3 faint grey circles to the left and one to the right and when i click on them it shows all the native buttons that are there when vlc is not running. any help would be greatlt appreciated as this is only app that plays all of my videos properly.
is there anything in the settings i can tweak to fix this?

I can confirm, that 0.0.7 version does not go fulscreen on my rk3066 device. But 0.0.4 version - does.

I'm sorry for slow replay. No, it does not go full screen. Neither does new release from Google Play Store.

Edit: I'm so sorry, it Does go fullscreen! it installed as second app and by default it played with downloaded from Play store, not that one from your given link.
