Nexus 10 suporr in USA

I will support VLC but I need to have VLC to support Android in the USA especially on the Nexus 10. I purchased a couple of H264 IP cameras that need VLC to work the way I need them to. Thanks for your hard work! Can't download from GooglePlay as it is not supported in the USA.
