video's with dts audio

Postby mardiie » 12 Oct 2012 02:06

Hi,

Today I updated to the beta 5 update for your android app.
Now when playing video with DTS audio I get static, were before I got audio.
I'm on a tegra 3 device.

Any reason for this? :-)

Edit:
I would also like to suggest the possibly to chose to use hard/software decoding for both audio and video.
Since a fair amount of devices support x264 video playback on hardware but no DTS.

Regards,

Martijn

This is already the case.

Could you tell me how one would do this?
I have seen the in player menu for subtitles and audio files, but the audio button is greyed out.
So DTS just doesnt work anymore?

Well, the issue is in our audio code. It must be fixed.
