Streaming issue? (.m3u)

Hi
Before I report this as a bug I wanna make sure this isn't a known issue already (or something "normal" because it is still beta etc...)

Model Galaxy Tab2: GT-P5110
Android: 4.0.3
VLC beta i am using: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/android-v7-neon/

When trying to open the following network stream:
http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u

The display blinks once and nothing happens. No error message either.

I also Tried directly with the .m3u file downloaded on my device but same thing happens: Screen blinks then nothing.

I am using the latest build (0.0.3) downloaded from the playstore and I'm still not able to open the following network stream:
http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u

Model : Nexus 7
Stock Rom 4.1.1
VLC 0.0.3

nothing happens and no error message.
Any clue ?

Many thanks for VLC for Android.
However, using version 0.0.4, I have a similar problem to skytiger.

I use VLC on my Linux machine as an internet radio player. I have an XSPF playlist containing station names and urls. I select the stations using the "view playlist" option in Linux VLC.

Will this eventually be possible using Android VLC, please?

Like skytiger, I have tried to get Android VLC to play urls in m3u playlists without success.
