Streaming Video from PC to Android Tablet

Hi,

I want send a video in straming to my friend that use an android's tablet.
Both of us have the DSL. Is it possible to accomplish this?
What version of VLC to use Android?

Can I send in HTTP? How to configure the server on the PC and on the Vlc tablet?

You could probably stream out HTTP: http://wiki.videolan.org/Streaming#Stre ... ng_the_GUI

Open up the same port in the router, then on the client, use the latest VLC for Android, and open http://<your ip>:<your port>/

It's kind of complicated though, some troubleshooting will probably be needed.
