1.1.0RC - Bug - Interlacing On Stops DVD Play

Postby mgtoes » 06 Jun 2010 21:32

Hi

If I pop a DVD in my Windows XP SP3 machine VLC auto plays the DVD. When I turn on Preferences, Deinterlace ON, Yadif, and save, from then on, no DVDs will play. If I turn off deinterlacing, the DVDs start playing again. I can turn on deinterlacing while a DVD plays. It is only that DVD won't START playing if deinterlace ON is the saved preference.

Also, sometimes the total length of the DVD (e.g. 1:30:08) flickers with a light blue background just behind the numbers while a DVD is playing, especially if I am moving the position slider bar.

Thanks for the good work
M
