OK, call me stupid.....

I am wanting to test 1.1.0 for Mac OS X.

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/releases/1.1.0-RC.html

This link brings me to the download page. I click on the Download button, and it brings me to the download page. Rinse and repeat...

Ok, so I think this is not obvious, but maybe there is just not a Mac RC to download, and this is how the system handles that. {I later got the same problem on my Win 7 machine.}

So, I saw an enticing link: Issues?
Please report issues on our forum in the 1.1.0 section.

So, here I am at the forums... GREAT!

I see the VLC 1.1.0 RC1 testing forum... Even better! There's even a link for OS X builds!

http://download.videolan.org/pub/videol ... rc/macosx/

I click it, and :

404 - Not Found

Did I just have a premature compilation! Yes, I did!

Bottom line: does the RC1 build for Mac exist or not? If Yes, where?

It did exist and the 1.1 RC page on the main site did work earlier for Mac, but I guess it has been removed. I had the 1.1 RC for Mac and used it but reverted back 1.0 due to an annoying bug. There is a nightly build for Intel 64 Mac's.
