Dear firends:

I have tried lots of versions of vlc(win32) to transcode MPEG TS stream which come from Dreambox with H264 "High profile". The pictures all I got was very bad, especially fill of black blocks when fast motion occurs. So I degraded to use "Baseline", everything gonna be OK except the picture quality not so perfect, but there is no any black blocks.

Without lucky no any change in VLC 1.1.0 Pre-2, I still can not use "High profile" to transcode MPEG ts stream correctly, black blocks still exist.

In Linux anything can be fine, I can successfully use high profile, unfortunatelly my server is Win2003.

I am pretty sure this is the only palce for me to ask question about vlc in the world!
