1.1 RC MAC version issue autodetect subtitle

in mac version 1.1 RC there is a problem about subtitles. the subtitles loads only if open manually, autodetect does't work.

I'm having the same issue (vlc 1.10rc mac intel64).
No autoloading of subtitles.

Same issue here as well, in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Even tried resetting preferences; no luck.

Edited to add: Strictly an issue with autodetecting external subtitle files, I should add. Anything muxed into an .ogv, .mp4 or .mkv works.

I can confirm it. It won't load external (srt) subtitles automatically, even if they have the samen name as the video file. This happens on the Mac version. Don't know about the other versions.
