High CPU Usage on WinXPE

Just tested the 1.0.0-rc4, realised that the CPU usage is almost 100% when VLC started and it take a few mins to go down to 70.

Tested platform is Intel 600MHz Celeron with 512KB L2 Cache. Doesn't see this problem with RC3.

Anyone experience this b4 and how to solve it?

it happenned to me too, when i first try using libvlc RC4.
It does not happen any more now, but sorry, i have no idea why.
