Playlist scrolling problem

When dragging the scrollbar in the Playlist while an item is playing, the scrollbar keeps jumping back to the position of the currently playing item. I first noted this on RC1. I've just updated to RC3 and the issue is still present. I'm using Windows XP.
Also, I can't drag and drop items to the Media Library. Items get added to the Playlist instead. I'm not sure if that's intentional, though, and I should use the Add button.
