WMV Audio Skips Terribly

With the RC3 I can't play WMV files without the audio skipping / dropping out constantly. Worked fine with 0.9.9
Audio settings are all default.

Example Download:
Click DOWNLOAD on the tabs on the right.
I selected the 15MB LARGE WMV (the small might work too)

The issue happens with all large WMV's downloaded from Revision3. The AVI's work flawlessly.

No issues with this sample on Mac OS X at least.

I can reproduce this wma problem on win32, tested against vlc-1.0.0-rc1-20090523-0005-win32.exe, rc2 and rc3. Options --codec dmo and --no-video have no effect. Issue does not exist in 0.9.9 and 0.8.6.
