libvlc_media_player_is_playing always returns 0?

Hi,

Using VLC 1.1.5, libvlc_media_player_is_playing is always returning zero for me? even tho libvlc_media_player_get_state = libvlc_Playing, anyone else get this?

sorry my bad, i hadn't changed my call into the dll to be cdecl
