Are there any options I can use to view live RTSP streams for a lower bandwidth?

I don't mind if the frame rate I get is low if it's continuous, but the case now is that the video only works for a few seconds then stops.

Here is a sample to express the issue

rtsp://61.230.24.95/video.mp4

That is a link to a an Ip camera demo, what are the options to get an optimal video out of this camera for a low bandwidth ?

The (rtsp-tcp) gave me a better video, but not half of the camera web interface quality.

Any ideas ??
