Hello
I start to write simple module to vlc.
1. I need resize picture from 960x270 to 1920x540.
2. Then I need to create new picture 1920x1080 with my background and place old picture to the top.
3. Then I manipulate with picture like mosaic.
I cant understand how can I do 1 and 2 steps.
Resize and add color fill
