How to use the Program list on C# from TS Stream

Hi ,first of all i`m new in forum so please don`t consider my reputation on helping me solving this problem .

I`m trying to program a Media Player (VLC Skin in fact) which supports TS Stream |(VLC provides TS demuxers) ,i`m receiving a DVB-T TS Stream from udp ex. udp://192.168.30.250:1234 ,and i can open it with VLC and so i can chose any Program i want to on the Playback Menu .

What i need is ,can somebody tell me a way how to use a command or another way to display this list of channels on my SW taking from VLC .
