Does anyone get a "libvlc.lib" to generate VLC.exe?

Hello,
I am a newbie.
I am desesperatly trying to use some functions of "libvlc.h" Visual studio 2008. However, I have some linking errors with libvlc. To solve this problem, I really need this "libvlc.lib". Could anyone tell me where to find it?
