I would like to distribute as smaller as possible package, so - which plugins I need for RTSP - just to be able to view cameras ?

We can't give you a definite list, for your audio, display, access and protocol needs (it's not just a single RTSP plugin that'll do the job).

live555 is mostly likely the one handling RTSP, so don't remove that one for sure. The recommended strategy is to delete and test, if it works, keep removing more until it breaks. Then you'll know.
