Error build msys64+mingw64

Hello! I can't build lib on win10 and mingw64
My steps:
1 - setup msys and update (pacman -Syu)
2 - pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain
3 - pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-vlc
4 - download vlc sources
5 - cd vlc and run ./bootstrap
6 - mkdir win32 && cd win32
7 - sh ../extras/package/win32/configure.sh --host=x86_64-w64-mingw32 \
--disable-nls \
--disable-dv1394 \
--disable-dc1394 \
--disable-dvdread \
--disable-live555
8 - make

so here i've got errors:
