ask for help about RTP

I want to find a way to transfer data in RTP and want to reference VLC's method ？Could you give me some info about it. I hope please help me,thanks.

You can trivially find the RTP specification from any search engine, and you can find the correspinding VLC source code easily as well.

In other words, you cannot be bothered to do minimum efforts, and people don't answer selfish questions.
