got error when compile VLC media player for Windows.
OS: Debian 9 , 64bit
vlc src version:2.2.6
g++-mingw-w64-i686 (6.3.0-18+19.3+b3)。
gcc-mingw-w64-i686 (6.3.0-18+19.3+b3)。
mingw-w64-tools (5.0.1-1)。

$ mkdir -p contrib/win32
