Libvlc HLS Issue

Hello, I'm using libvlc for android and when I try to play an HLS stream it starts looping between state:
Opening
Playing
Endreached
Stopped
So I need to restart the player again and again until the video finally starts
Is this an issue or Am I doing somthing wrong?

This happens with LibVLC Version : 2.2.0-git-9071-gf2b8777
otherwise with LibVLC Version : 2.2.0-git-7754-gd273581 everything is working perfectly, it takes 1-2 seconds to start the stream
