desynchro stream in ts file

Hi
I use vlc to read an MPEG-TS file containing 4 video stream and 2 audio stream (12.6Go).
I can show the 4 video stream in 4 display object. But, when I use the play/pause functions or the sidebar to select the position in file, the streams seams to be desynchronise (until 10sec).
I note after a play/pause action, one video stream react immediatly. And the video stream that react first depend of the "Playback -> Program" selected in the main vlc instance.

if anybody have a solution or an idea about how to resynchronise the stream

I use VLC 2.2.2 Weathermax with this command line
vlc --demux=ts --audio-track-id=17 --sout-audio --sout-video --sout-all --sout=#duplicate{dst=display}
