Petit patch pour VLC Lib

Bonjour,

J'ai réalisé une implémentation manquante au niveau du module amem, mais je ne suis pas parvenu a trouver comment compiler VLC dans mon environnement, ni réussis à créer un patch a partir de GitHub Desktop sans envoyer une pull request..

Du coup, je poste ici le fichier original, ainsi que mon contact et les descriptions.

J'espère qu'un linuxien / VLCien pourra se faire une joie de le poster !

Implement amem-format to amem module

Description:
Update of amem.c implementing usage of amem-format property and usage of the format parameter of amem_setup
This was implemented in the exact same way vmem chroma is implemented.
