Recording stream from software using VLCLib?

Hi, I am using some software for TV streaming which is based on VLCLib. I would like to record some video but unfortunately the streaming software doesn't allow me to redirect stream to a file (as VLC does).
I can record network traffic with wireshark but I am not sure if it's possible to convert recorder stream to something playable in VLC player? Or alternatively is there a way to figure out how to stream directly with VLC instead of custom software that's based on VLClib?
Here is the start of stream that I recorded in wireshark. It looks like there is useful data but I can't interpret what it means:
