PasLibVLC and many RTSP streams

Hello, sorry for my bad English. I am writing a program in lazarus with paslibvlc in which you want to open up to 16 rtsp streams. 4-5 stream open normally, but when opening the 5 or 6 stream program closes the error "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information", or suddenly opens a window VLC (Colour AsCii Art) and the program crushes error "External: SIGSEGV". At the opening on the same computer the same 16 streams in 16 instances of the application VLC everything works fine. I think it all comes from a lack of dedicated memory for the process, but how to increase the memory of the documentation I have not found. Perhaps the reason and what else. What can I do? I would be glad of any help ...
