vlc 2.1.4 compile with VS2013

Hi. Everyone.

Long time no see.
I'm very happy to see you again.

This is new version for compile with VS2013.
I was try to make this over one month.
It need to more debug, but I want to release that.
If you have a time to try to test and find some bug, please share with me.
This is try to make little touch with origunal VLC.
I was try to test VS2013, it seems like not support C99 full version.
Visual Studio is fully support C99, it more little update.

This is URLs for vlc compile with 2.1.4.
gcc version is 4.7.3(i686-w64-mingw32).
contrib is vlc-contrib-i686-w64-mingw32-20140507.tar.bz2
use game-music-emu-0.6.0.tar.bz2
use harfbuzz-0.9.19-win32.zip
use live.2011.12.23.tar.gz

vlc-2.1.4 compile with cygwin (assembler part and some library)

Now I donload VS2013 update 2.
If it fix part of C99, I'll try to update again to VLC 2.1.4 compile with VS2013.

It fixed some C99.
Most of modify part is not necessary.

Im really want how to compile VLC on windows. Maybe you can write a detailed document about this
