C# axvlcplugin21 multiple rendering outputs

I'm wondering what would be a good way, or if it's even possible to render 1 control out to 2 spots. I've tried running 2 controls pulling from the same source, but some times the sources are via network storage and the videos do not sync up (which is critical).

TLDR: Need to render output of plugin to two different forms of an application at the same time.
