Can't get Metadata on audio/video files using VLCKit for Mac

Hi all, like the title says, I'm unable to get any metadata on video or audio files (other than album image URL). Has anyone gotten this to work? If so, can you please post some code so I can see what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
