Is it possible to read current playlist via batch script in Windows?

Postby stevend » 26 Jun 2020 15:29

Hello,

Is it actually possible to read current playlist via batch script in Windows? In VLC command line help [vlc --full-help] such command for playlist is not handled, to get the album name, track number and song name.

Or if not possible how to export the data via script to a file (in a HTML, m3u ... format)? Then I can read the file and filter the result as needed.

Thanks
