For a newcomer to this from VS2013 without ever using Nuget,
VS2013 is not supported because it is way too old, you need to be up to date as this is a modern framework targeting modern TFMs (including dotnet core).
I'd ask and recommend a bit of a getting started/setup manual in the root of the samples.
Including setting up Nuget to access the net for Nuget Packages and not a offline folder.
We always welcome PRs. A restore and build on the sln file should be enough, there is no offline folder, but feel free to contribute more details on how to get started. You should probably read a bit about nuget as well, as this is not specific to libvlcsharp but just general dotnet development.
Can the Samples be checked and updated, as it's using functions that have been removed from the SixLabors.ImageSharp library, as GetPixelSpan() is obsolete and no longer accessable even from the SixLabors.ImageSharp.Advanced library.
Feel free to create an issue (or better yet, a PR) to update this, should be pretty simple :-)
 I get that VS2013 is old, but I and a few others like it's license agreement a lot more then VS2019 Community License.

 Restore a solution file? That is new, and we are using a FRESH install of VS2019 Community and it's Nuget settings were defaulted to Offline Folders, not a Nuget repo in the net.

 Sorry, but How do I create an Issue or do a PR on the Videolan site, since I can't find any pages mentioning or giving instructions about those as the closest I got was post it in the forum.
And what would be the replacement of GetPixelSpan() in the sample since it is obsolete and no longer accessable?

You are free to use whatever tool you want, as I am. But the software is provided as-is and I won't support 7 years old tooling.

restoring solution or csproj file is always the way to go and has always been.

That'd be the first and second results of googling "libvlcsharp". There is a contributing guide in the repo as well as a getting started document.

I don't know, you'd have to look at the replacement offered by ImageSharp, maybe their release notes too.

Hi Developers
I am building a multimedia windows app using wpf .net framework. I want to play a playlist of videos(5 videos back to back with very smooth transition in between). I have skimmed through the libvlc documentation but couldn't able to find the method.
Can you all provide me the resources for same.
