Assertion failed (p_owner->p_vout)

Hi, I am having problem playing video using imem in qt widget. It can crash at any time.
I use revision 3.0.8-13-ga42f3ec9a9 but older versions behave the same.

The problem seems to be in vout_new_buffer function.

Why can this asserion occur?
